In stock items
We strive to keep all of the most common ICE trike accessories and spare parts in-stock and our inventory accurate. We don’t list any item as, “in stock” if we don’t have it on hand ready to ship, barring rare inventory errors.
Large purchases, such as trikes or e-assist systems, require a deposit to place the custom order. Once we’ve placed the order with our vendors, this deposit is non-refundable.
We normally ship USPS. Larger items may be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Assembled trikes may be shipped by freight carrier. We ship by weight and volume. We strive to keep our weights and dimensions accurate. Occasionally the freight calculation software will differ from the exact freight charges. The price quoted is binding if it’s reasonably close to actual shipping costs, but we may choose to partial refund shipping charges if the freight charges are calculated incorrectly high. If the freight charges are completely wrong we reserve the right to cancel your order and quote more accurate shipping fees.
Please save all of the packaging, until you know you are satisfied with your order.
