Side Bag Mount The ICE side bag mount allows a handlebar bag from an upright touring bike to be fitted next to the seat, right or left, for easy access to small items such as food, camera, phone and maps without the need to get out of the seat.

This is for ICE 1″ seat bars, it’s not going to fit other brands.
