For mounting a bottle cage to your hard shell seat. Red anodized aluminum countersunk washers with plastic surface protection shims, 4 bolts (2 x 16mm & 2 x 12mm, to accommodate different cage thicknesses), 2 washers, and 2 nylon insert nuts.
